Before we welcome in the New Year we will start to celebrate with Champagne followed by a fabulous celebration dinner.
Our in house disco will play until 1am to welcome
in the New Year.

Chilled slices of Ogen melon with Serrano ham.
Duck Liver and Orange pate with Cumberland sauce and melba toast.

Medallions of Scottish fillet steak with field mushrooms in a rich red wine sauce.
Grilled fillet of Seabass with crayfish and capers.
Filo basket with sautéed Mediterranean vegetables topped with grilled goats cheese and balsamic dressing.
